Processing starts in the vehicle itself: devices with edge AI recognise events on the spot and warn the driver instantly, while footage, position and analytics flow to the cloud for a central overview. The dispatch centre sees alerts in real time and can react immediately, instead of learning about an event from a report afterwards.
For management, the key is full 24/7 oversight of every vehicle and driver from one place: line-and-departure occupancy from passenger counting, video evidence in case of an incident, the state of on-board equipment, and reports that support service planning and resource allocation.
Functions are chosen per vehicle type and operation — from a city bus, through a delivery van, to heavy machinery — and integrate with the operator's existing systems. The platform is rolled out step by step, with rules configured and the team trained for the specific fleet.
